If you would like an account for lubes, cardlock or farm inputs please fill out the following Miller Ag Supply Ltd. credit application. Please remember to fill out the credit card authorization if you would like to be an automatic credit card account.


Fuel Desk

If you would like an account for bulk fuel, please fill out the following Imperial Oil credit application. With this application there are two forms, please fill out the credit application along with either the authorization for information (if you would like credit terms) or the credit card authorization.

Forms for either the Miller Ag Supply Ltd. account or the Imperial Oil account can be filled out and either faxed or mailed back to Miller Ag Supply Ltd. at:

Miller Ag Supply Ltd. is a reseller of lubes, cardlock fuel, fertilizer, chemical and other miscellaneous agents own items. To purchase these items you must have an account with Miller Ag Supply Ltd.

Miller Ag Supply Ltd. delivers bulk fuel for Imperial Oil. To purchase delivered fuel you must first open an account with Imperial Oil.
